WILL THERE BE A FEE?
There will be a nightly fee of $35 which will need to be paid via our guest portal when you complete pre-check-in.
WILL MY DOG HAVE A BED TO SLEEP ON?
We request that you bring your pets bed with you so that can have a safe and comfortable sleep.
We please ask that you keep your fur-child off all furniture.
WILL THERE BE FOOD AND DRINK BOWLS AVAILABLE?
We suggest bringing with you everything your best friend needs for a comfortable overnight stay.
CAN I LEAVE MY DOG IN THE ROOM WHEN I GO OUT?
No, we ask that your dog is never left alone.
WHAT IF MY DOG MAKES A MESS?
Owners are responsible for their pets, but simply get in touch if we can help in any way. A cleaning fee will apply if needed.
TERMS + CONDITIONS
While we happily welcome your fur-baby, we have a couple of pet-friendly T + C’s to ensure you and your pet have a fur-real stay!
We allow one pet per room, max weight is 20kgs.
We ask that your pet keeps to the bed provided.
We ask that your dog is leashed at all times when in public areas, and never left alone.
Your pet must be fully house-trained and be taken for regular bathroom breaks.
We reserve the right to say no to dogs that do not meet the above terms, and/or believe may pose a risk to the safety or comfort of our guests.
An additional fee will be added if the room is not left in an acceptable manner.
